The final stage is on it’s way now. We send out all buro QSL card’s. We will take a look at the incoming buro QSL’s when there’s a complaint. Look in our log if we logged you before you complain! If you are in the log, you will receive a card. We have send out QSL’s to every QSO we made, so don’t worry!

Some of the members from the 9Q50ON expedition will be at the ham exhibition in Friedrichshafen. With us we will take a box of empty QSL cards and a printer. The latest update on our LOTW users:
31966 QSO’s have been uploaded. These are indeed more QSO’s than originally made. This is because the QSO’s made by Patrick back in July are also uploaded in LOTW + some call corrections that were made. From these 31966 Q’s more than 40% have been confirmed. This indicates that more and more good DXers are using LOTW!
Still +100 envelops are received every month. The next wave will be the conformation of the buro QSL’s….

his week we uploaded the LOTW file. Within the first hour about 12.800 Q’s were confirmed! Not only the QSO’s from our expedition back in December are uploaded, but also the 1000 QSO’s that were made in July by Patrick are uploaded. The +100 envelopes that reached us recently are also ready to be send out…..stay tuned! The next step will be the buro QSL’s. We are planning to send out the rest of the log through the buro. Please check if your callsign is in the log because there maybe a mistake in the log. Send me a mail if you think the QSO you made is not in the log, so we don’t send cards out that were suposed to be for someone else….

We finally began opening our mail and are starting to answer all QSL’s. Yesterday about 1/3 of the incomming post was handeld. We will also upload the LOTW file from the cards we receive in the comming week

Hello everyone! Long time no news from the 9Q50ON operation……but here we are!
QSL’s have been printed and will first be send to our “donnators”, members of the GDXF, and ofcourse to the HAM’s who have send their QSL(s) direct to our QSL manager.

Dear all,
9Q50ON went QRT at 0505 Z on December 13th 2010 with 30442 QSO’s in our log.
We are getting plenty of e-mails from people asking about their QSO or questioning why they don’t find their callsign for a given band/slot in the online log. There are probable many reasons. First of all the final log has to be uploaded to clublog. Our webmaster is going to take care about this as soon as possible. Another reason might be that we busted your call. We are well aware of the fact that some callsigns got incorrectly logged due to circumstances. We admit we are humans and make mistakes sometimes! If you still do not find your callsign in the online log after the final upload please DO NOT send e-mails as we are not planning to change anything to what we originally logged before we get your card/QSL request. However we will use common sense to verify your data on your QSL card against our log. If we find a close match of your callsign within a reasonable timeframe from what you provided then the QSO is valid and we change the log accordingly.
The QSL card has to be designed and printed. Do not expect QSL’s before the end of February 2011. We are going to provide our QSL manager with some simple rules and assist him to get all requests answered as soon as possible. Bureau cards will be answered at a later stage. The log will be uploaded to LoTW much sooner as first announced on this website. Stay tuned for further updates.
